Global warming isn't to blame for the recent jump in hurricanes in the Atlantic, concludes a study by a prominent federal scientist whose position has shifted on the subject.

Climatologists worldwide are warning about the dire consequences of climate change, and you have these meteorologists coming along with their own studies trying to show that things really aren't that bad. And of course, some in the media are only too happy to keep the debate going, when the fact is that there is no debate! What's even worse, right-wing politicians latch onto this pseudo-science as their justification for delaying or obstructing real climate change policies.
