McCain Like Scorsese
Edited on Mon May-19-08 02:22 AM by Kire
I just heard on my little local radio station an interview with some actor (who was in Walking Tall, I'm not sure which year, and I didn't get his name, I'm sure he's not the Rock). I know it's three in the morning, but I looked online but WRNJ doesn't even say what show is on. I know it's syndicated, and ABC is their parent company.

He said McCain is like Scorsese, who got an Oscar because of a lifetime of work.

Should we give McCain the presidency because he has done so many good things in his long life (like being a war hero, etc.)? Or should we give the Presidency to the candidate who is best for the country?

Is the White House like an Oscar?

I smell talking point.

1. I would be happy to see McCain presented with an Oscar,
as long as he promises to stay out of the oval office. Let's just give him some more medals if he "deserves recognition" for his lifetime achievement, like Scorcese. Just don't vote for him.

3. McLobby is more like M. Night Shyamalan...
...he did one thing at the beginning of his career and everything he's done since has been a disappointment.

If you don't agree, wait for his new movie "The Happening" to come out, then think again.
