and benefits, even though they haven't accomplished one fucking thing that they were sent there to do.

I would not say exactly nothing
even if they are moving at snails pace... correction, a snail moves faster

Anyhow, some days I want to think that something will come out of this... since Watergate didn't happen in a day

Others... only thing that changes is the curtains...

9. That is an assault on reason.
Not to mention foul. Using the F*** word just ensures that Google will filter the page and not present it in search results.

The same cannot be said about your post!
You have accomplished one f**king thing,
you besmeared a serious subject with an
inane, false, and ridiculouus comment that does more harm than good.

Meanwhile, our Dem Senators are hard at work within the framework of democracy.

12. You forgot the :sarcasm: sign. ALSO, do not ever lecture me on
my language. NOT EVER. One would think that you've noticed that word used here before. But then again, who knows what you know (or most likely don't know).

They haven't done one fucking thing they were sent there to do. The bush** admin is still spying on us, the are still looting the Treasury, they are still killing innocent people, and they are STILL IN OFFICE.

Your post was absolutely ridiculous.

5. Like KKKarl Rove wasn't fired, and Gonzolies, McNulty, the list is truely long ...
and they just keep falling.

I guess it depends on your definition of "nothing"

What would you prefer, that they pack it in and go home, or keep dogging these criminals with the tools democracy provides?

16. Yeah, I would prefer this batch of leeches to go home. And stay there.
And let us send some honest reps with at least half an idea of what the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and a law book are.

No more drycleaning paid by the taxpayers for old Harry. No more free trips for the dependents of Grandma Nancy. No more free healthcare for any of them. Let them do an HONEST day's work for a living. I doubt they'd know how.

And you know what, we have worthless representation in Washington because of people like YOU!

44. There you go again, an ad hominem. I define "nothing" using a dictionary
and you use the word without regard to the definition.

I call that a personal reality, and I'm being kind to you at that.

Edited on Wed May-21-08 10:46 AM by Texas Explorer
that we send $600 Billion to foreign countries without also mentioning that the LEGENDARY oil man Pickens' also says that what we're seeing is declining production, or peak oil.

He's no longer an oil man. He just bought 667 wind turbines (the largest single purchase of wind turbines ever) and will be drilling for wind power instead of oil.

42. The oil guys consensus is that there is plenty of supply, So....
why do they need to drill off the coasts and ANWR if the world is "well supplied"? If there is plenty of supply and that IS NOT what is causing the price run-up, then why the scramble to open up new oil fields? Why not just leave those until we need them?
