Not sure why this story got pulled on the original site, but what shows up near the top of google when searching for stories on Dusty Foggo is this link, which references an article in the Washington Post who refers to the individual in third person:

4. I saved it off...

I was going to post it, but then after seeing her article that it was a rumor and that was her reason for taking it down, I decided against it.

I'm trying not to fuel a false rumor mill, if that is the case. On the other hand, it's important to keep things that float to the surface if we are seeing a massive coverup... If the other link I posted her (which does have the original text), gets taken down, I'll post the article text.

It's really a shame that we live in a world where the media is so coopted by the corrupt criminals in charge and therefore we can't trust in them in keeping the facts around that might be necessary to expose criminal acts. It's really hard to know who to trust any more. I don't want to also unfairly fuel a disinformation campaign against someone that others might be trying to set up too.
