What is this quote I only 1/3 remember?
A cynical/realist little ditty that goes a little something like this:

"The general public is so stupid that the inevitable result of democracy is for the electorate to eventually elect a leader as stupid as they are."

Something like that - I looked up Mencken, but didn't see it there - anyone know the quote I'm talking about?
