"We're having the time of our life." George W. bUsh, January, 2005
"We're also up here with my friends Bill and Kathy Dewitt and Mercer and Gabby Reynolds (ph). They're the national co-chairman of the inauguration -- inaugural committee and they have done a fantastic job in making sure this inauguration goes well. We're having the time of our life."

2. Nothing is so absurd and wrong than to see bush speak about
our "awesome" soldiers on Memorial Day. While I don't believe in heaven or hell, I do believe in karma, and bushco has some really, really bad karma to deal with.

4. He quit golf, but still found ways to have the time of his life
When he makes those kinds of happy-go-lucky statements, the reasons he gave for giving up golf don't ring true somehow. I don't think Abraham Lincoln during the depths of war would have said he was having the time of his life.

6. Let's not forget he talked about how "romantic" war is a few months ago
Words fail me, when I think of his going AWOL and shirking his duties in the National Guard, while also avoiding the romanticism of military service in Vietnam.

I believe he also said, on the occasion of that horrendous comment, that if he were younger he would like to participate in bringing freedom to these countries.
