36. don't hold your breath
i work in Phoenix, live inMaricopa, and this state is a Republican stronghold. The weirdest part about this state is that most of the people who live here think they're republican, and vote republican, but have no idea wht they're voting for. I'm originally from Cinncinati, and Phoenix, thus far, has proven to be a "twilight zone-esuqe" universe.

most people around here are actually quite progressive, but vote republican because they don't realize or know better. this is from my experience in the last 2 yrs at least.

2. There was an earlier protest in Albuquerque
but the TV stations have already scrubbed the story.

The story about how he left here half an hour early is still there.

then I realized she had both a W and an M on her sign with the red circle/strike through it.

14. They got to stand along the motorcade route? That's pretty unusual, isn't
it? I know the first time he was here in Numbnuts, Nebraska, the 'protestors' got shuffled onto some property that bush** never got near. They were sent to a lot over a block off the route.

25. A few years ago, an Arizona protest would have been unheard of.
That state is to the right of Attila the Hun. My family who live in Peoria/Glendale are some of the 20-percenters. Lately, however, I don't know how much of it is because they truly love Bush and how much of it is because they hate admitting they're wrong about anything.

This is incredible! Especially Mesa, which is one of thee more conservative areas. I would not have imagined this five years ago.

:headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang:

When The Sawed-Off Cowboy© swung through here the other day, there weren't many protestors (that I could see), but there were ZERO supporters, which for Florida is progress of sorts.
