Today is the biggest politcial milestone in my lifetime.
I was born in 1963. I was too young to remember the day JFK was shot.
I am forty-five year old now.

I am proud to be an American. This historic moment is just the beginning. I can feel a new progressive movement taking hold.

The backlash against the Reagan/Bush/Bush era is going to last twenty years.

5. The singularly mosty significant political event of my lifetime has to be the day RFK was killed
I've been around since the late 1940s.

JFK was a horrible loss.

But with RFK ........ Oh, what might have been.

6. I was thinking today as I was driving around, "my daughter is going to remember this day for her
entire life and she will tell her children 'I was there and saw your grandma crying like a baby'."

I am so grateful.
