Latest Lieberman outrage - uses "the Democrat Party" in an email for "Citizens for McCain"
Lieberman Calls Dems The "Democrat Party"
By Greg Sargent - June 6, 2008, 10:38AM

The McCain campaign is touting an email that Joe Lieberman sent out to McCain's list announcing a new effort that Lieberman is chairing called "Citizens for McCain," whose chief mission is to reach out to Independents and moderate Dems.

Never mind all the narcissistic boilerplate in the email about how independent Lieberman is, and focus instead on this key line...

"As you know, I caucus with the Democrats as a United States Senator and was the Democrat Party's nominee for Vice-President of the United States against President Bush and Vice President Cheney."

5. He's an Independent now.
From what party would he be tossed?

However, he should be stripped of his chairmanships by Harry Reid, who said the other day that he won't do it (spinless).

16. But read the e-mail; he still uses it when it suits his slimy operations.
In that e-mail, he proudly states that he "caucus(es) with the Democrat Party."

6. Just wait until
Obama is in the WH with a Dem Majority in both Houses - Lieberman will have to caucus with the Repukes because the Dems will be done with him

7. And we are told to tolerate this for the good of the party
:puke:

Joe is using his position to show McCain how useful he is. Perhaps he'll be getting that VP spot.

8. He's this election's Zell Miller.
Let's hope enough additional Democrats will be elected to the Senate that Joe can be set on the curb with the rest of the trash.

9. Would somebody PLEASE just flush this tired old turd?
He's just stinking up the place.

I hope we pick up enough seats come 2009 that he can be tossed out on his sorry ass.

What a disgrace this man is.

10. Joe knows (heh)
that right now he's tolerated by the Dems because he's "needed"(debatable) but come November the Dems are likely to pick up a few seats and, no matter what he does, they will no longer be as tolerant of him; in fact retribution will be likely.

His best hope is to support the Republican candidate and try to ride his coat tails picking up Republican support.

I'm really hoping this doesn't work out for the sniveling little shit.
