3. Yup!
Thomas especially. I envision him like a grade-school kid, peeking at Scalia's test paper: "What'd you get?"

7. It's said that Clarence has broken his nose at least three times because Scalia stopped abruptly...
And that's not counting numerous embarrassing collisions between Clarence's lips and Scalia's ass.

Scalia needs to install a set of brake lights, I guess. Or Clarence needs a couple decades of therapy. Probably both.

10. Can we maybe send these two to have a talk with them?

"Nice office you got here...we wouldn't want ennyfink to 'appen to it, now would we, Justice?"

"Law books, Dino...be a shame if someone was to set fire to them..."

4. The single most important reason to vote for Obama as the older
justices are the so-called liberal leaning.

8. Supreme Court Justices are subject to impeachment, too.
It's a shame we're a nation of cowards and criminals unwilling to stand up for justice and the Rule of Law under the Constitution.

9. the three youngest Scotus justices dissent from the rule of law. Great.
And of course, don't forget, Antonin Scalia is still young at heart.

16. I actually think Scalia should be impeached soon after the Dems
take over. I think this would be much more productive in the long haul. I'm sure there's enough evidence on him.

14. This is why , when those passionately supporting their candidate during the primary season
said they'd vote for McCain rather than support a different Democrat.........two words...........the Supreme Court. The next President has the ability to shred the Constitution with his first SCOTUS appointee.

15. They are fascists.
There is no other way to describe the legal philosophy espoused in Justice Roberts' dissent.
