They can still have their kangaroo courts, but now the detainees at least have a chance to be heard in a regular, legal court.

The part that suspended Habeas Corpus and prohibited Guantánamo detainees from challenging their incarceration is out.
The kangaroo courts and "enhanced interrogation techniques" are still in tact. So we have a lot more work to do.
