1. Spoiled, whining brats. Truly disgusting. And could they learn how to fucking SPELL? Maybe

if they don't have cable TV for a while, they'll be able to pay enough attention to their schoolwork to be able to spell some VERY BASIC English words correctly.

2. wahhhhhh, no cable
go outside and play for God's sake. I'm sure the kids in Somalia would be real sympathetic to their "plight"

3. Uh, huh. The "there are starving kids in Africa" phrase works 100% in this case.
Whining, insufferable, overprivileged, yupie brats.

4. War? Climate Change? Loss of civil liberties? Spying? Torture?
Nope, it's the loss of Spongebob squarepants and Hannah Montana that'll get them marching in the streets!

Talk about a lack of perspective (and education).

5. did anybody notice...
Sadie carried a sign asking drivers to honk to lower gas prices — adding that her mom had to cut "cabel."

they can't even spell...and mom didn't correct it.

7. Spelling ? They are 7 & 9, for chrissakes!
It should be a little misspelled, gets more media attention that way..."look at the cute kids, protesting"

They have the right idea, and instead of judging WHAT they choose to protest
Why cant you be a little more supportive at two kids who know they have a RIGHT to protest in our FREE country, and took tht to the strets. Now that's a civics lesson in real life!

Yes, Americans are spoiled, and probably a little under educated...

but these are kids that will grow up to lead marches if we encourage them to speak out at an early age...

( And hey FWIW, tv IS important to kids, when you want to discipline, you get 'em where it hurts, no tv is great leverage. This is their currency...so that is where they see the economic pinch...)
