Funny...when they tout it's alleged "success" they never mention the millions of refugees, the decimated neighborhoods that have been virtually "ethnically cleansed", and the utter disaster this invasion/occupation has been in segregating the country into factional ethnic divisions.
Nor do they talk about the "pay offs" of the likes of Muqtada al Sadar.
Nor how the country is a ticking time bomb more than ever due to all of this.

Why do you think this is?
