Yesterday, David Swanson posted an open letter to the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, asking him to initiate prosecution of George W. Bush. The post is still on DU's front page. The letter cited many sources, references, and legal cases. The address is:

I see NO reason why this should exist as simply an open letter on the internet. I feel strongly that we should be bombarding Snr. Ocampo with the demand to prosecute, particularly in light of his recent warrant for the arrest of the president of Sudan. The executive of our nation, in office only due to an unlawful appointment by a partisan Supreme Court, attacked and invaded a sovereign nation that did NOTHING to us. We cannot expect justice from a government with a proven corrupted and partisan Department of Justice, so we must appeal to justice outside our boundaries. I sent my letter yesterday. Can we make this a community action on this board?
