While at the same time Halliburton has gained 627%.

WTF is wrong with this picture? We have a criminal regime empowered
and they are stuffing their pockets while the rest of the country is
in financial ruin and it's getting worse every day. Except for their
cash cow Halliburton. Corruption is a way of life with BushCo.
