Obama = Proactive. McCain = Reactive.
You want your candidate to be making positive news and be in charge of the news cycle, not reacting to the other guy.

McCain is in constant reactive mode.

1. That pretty much sums up
Dem vs. Repub. We will drag them kicking and screaming into a better America, and then they'll claim it was all their doing.

2. Controlling the news cycle is key.
Re-acting to it, as McCain is, is NOT good for the campaign.
