McC goes to German Restaurant to complain about Obama. For real!
Edited on Thu Jul-24-08 05:16 PM by elehhhhna

“He tells reporters in a Columbus, Ohio German restaurant he’d love to give a speech in Germany. ‘But I’d much prefer to do it as president of the United States rather than as a candidate for president.’” Maybe he could’ve DONE ANYTHING ELSE besides this, during Obama’s speech? WATCHING IT AT A GERMAN RESTAURANT IN OHIO? WHINING? Take a nap, my friend.

2. He should have worn lederhosen and one of those tyrolian hats
and done one of those elbow and knee slapping dances, to improve his chances of connecting with the people. Tomorrow, he should wear a beret and drag Lieberman around the room in a French apache dance at a French restaurant. At least it couldn't hurt his communicative skills.

4. He's coming across as a jealous, petty, desperate person.
Actually, he's acting almost like an obsessed ex, if you think about it. "No, America, Obama will NEVER love you like *I* do! You don't really want HIM. *I'm* the one you really love. That Obama will only break your heart. And when he does, don't come crying to me, because you lost your chance."

Kind of psycho, really.

9. problem IS, CNN and MSNBC played that clip over and over and over
they were clearly using it as part of their narrative of Obama the presumptuous, hubristic

candy (the human refrigerator) crowley dismissed his words as essentially a stump speech

almost as if they're working in concert with the McCain boiler room......

13. Kelly ODonnell serves up two big fat softballs:
do you think it's appropriate for Obama to make a speech on foreign soil?

and another one equally as slavish

just saw it on monkeyboy II's MSNBC yawnfest

15. I heard that when I was typing my response.
I wasn't listening closely but I did notice that one person pointed out that "meantime, McCain seems to have forgotten his trips to Canada, Colombia, etc."

14. Ah, well.
We know the whoremedia are going to do everything they can to undermine Obama. I'll be more interested to see how the network news and the newspapers cover it. Meantime, LsTTE and word of mouth, along with working for the campaign are the best we can do right now--lord knows the media, for the most part, is not our friend and don't give a rip about what we think of their journalistic integrity.

but then, the MSM hasn't really noticed him yet ...
