Watch your newspaper front pages tomorrow |

How they play this amazing Obama speech in Berlin will say a lot about how good, or how fucked-up, they are. Obama and theamazing visuals of this speech should be the big story. Of course, many dead-tree media relics will go with the police chase of the cat-in-a-tree above the fold. LOL.

"Citizen of the world" statement is being taken as meaning something negative. It does not matter that this phrase has been used by others, namely Reagan and Kennedy, but Obama using it means he is not really loyal to only the USA but to the whole world.
Personally I think we are all citizens of the world, just as we are all members of the human race and not just the ethnic group or gender group we identify most closely with.

2. Misguided "balance" will dictate ... |
|
... that every photo of Obama be matched by an equally large photo of McCain in that German restaurant.
Then I'm sure the wingnuts will whine and moan that the newspapers didn't pick a "presidential enough" photo of McCain.

6. Do you know in D.C. there have been antiwar demonstrations with hundreds of thousands |

of people and the media doesn't report on it. They just say "people don't really think about the war."
