That's going to be the crippling part. What's a half trillion here and there? Start accumulating those deficits over 8 years and that's when you're fucked. When Clinton left office, we were on track to pay off the debt in around 5 years, I believe. Because of the evil, arrogant bastards in charge over the past 7.5 years, who knows when it will be paid off now. Probably not in my lifetime :(
