I especially loved the guy from Shawn of the Dead and Hot Fuzz as his foil. Perfect!

3. The soup is a really funny show |
|
I remember when Greg Kinnear did it and stop watching it after it lost him and his writers ... Joel McHale and his crew make it worth watching again.

4. It's a really intelligent satirical show |
|
My girlfriend got me watching it and first I was reluctant because it was on the E! network, but it's really great.
I also got to see Joel McHale perform his stand up act at the Improv in LA. After the show he stayed around and shook hands with everyone in the audience and chatted for a few seconds. Really cool down to earth guy.

5. I would put the show in league with any comedy show |
|
on TV now ...... It was really funny back with Greg Kinnear and won many awards but couldn't find the right host after he left.
I watch it now and am hooked, It has a lot of repeats on E so you can catch it at one's leisure, Joel and his crew do a great job and are on the top of their game right now but expect Joel will go on to bigger things as did Greg Kinnear.
