Limbaugh considering purchase of St. Louis Rams.»

Early this month, conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbuagh signed a $400 million, eight-year contract with Clear Channel. Apparently ready to capitalize on his record-breaking paycheck, Limbaugh has said “if the St. Louis Rams came up for sale, he might be interested in buying them.” Limbaugh previously signed on with ESPN as a football analyst, only to resign in disgrace after he accused the media of over-hyping Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb because he is black.

3. rush probably ain't got the jack for that....
400 mill sounds like a lot, depending on what you are looking at. NFL teams have values that would use the 400 mill up...which would get rush in the game (he would undoubtedly have partners, financing, etc. anyway)...but these NFL owners all own teams basically as a big-boy toy...that just happens to make a boatload of money....

on second thought...he can probably swing it...and god knows he is already popular around the owners group...he is definitely one of them....
