I wonder if people from the area steal the stuff off trucks and the bureaucracy covers up the theft. The easy access provided to potential terrorists for U.S. military uniforms could be extremely dangerous for our troops over there. This is what happens when you privatize. You have no control over who is hired. I would bet that the private firms hire local truck drivers who simply drive off with the good. They can probably make more money that way than by delivering their cargo where it is supposed to go.
