Am just wondering.
If this ad brings in money for him, wouldn't there have to been permission to use thieir photos? :shrug:
(not to mention also using the "Moses" footage)
Do copyright rules apply here?

I am sure Britney didn't give the National Enquirer or any other rag permission to use photos of her doing crazy things.
And they made money using them.
The pictures are likely property of the photographer who took them or some agency he or she sold them to.
I don't fully understand the legal issues, but I think there is something about a photo being taken in a public place.
