BWHAHAHAHAHAH! Drilling off shore will MAKE THE BEACHES CLEANER! |
|
Kudlow The Klown just threw this big glob of turds, and even Morning Joe and his Good Squad laughed hysterically at him. Seriously, he claimed that oil on the beaches actually is caused by oil seeping from the ocean floor, and if we just drill for it instead, we'll get rid of the seepage and the beaches will be cleaner.
I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP. Just spewed this on Morning Joe.
:eyes:
These people are amazing.

2. Seems like I changed the channel just in time. That youtube should |
|
go viral; I'd be embarrassed if I even insinuated anything like that.

4. actually, it's been shown to be true off the coasts of Norway and California! |

I thought the same thing and the only stuff I could find supported that assertion, because the drilling keeps the natural crustal pressure (exerted from the oil trying to burst forth) down. That pressure causes a certain amount of seepage though the cracks in the crust, which ends up on beaches
what they DON'T want to tell you is that there's always the danger of what just happened on the Mississippi, or during Katrina, or a human-caused event on platforms/pipelines. they claim that modern drilling/delivery systems are almost foolproof, so safe that there's NO reason to think anything bad could ever happen.

all you people think the world is round, don't you??
it IS flat, there is a bottom and a top, and it has been 'designed' for rich people and true believers only, in that order...

9. who's been to padre island recently? |

brown gross murky water you can't see your hand in. There are mudhole lakes that are cleaner. Don't wear a white bathing suit, no matter how well you fill it out. Speaking from experience.
