They could be energy independent with a few cases of Duracells.

4. Actually, Denmark is the largest country in Europe in land area.
(Counting Greenland, of course.)

6. Well, of course it does. Here:
Greenland: 836,109 sq mi
Rest of Denmark: 16,639 sq mi

Denmark total: 852,748 sq mi
Maine 33,414 sq mi

QED.

7. Hmm - to nitpick, Greenland is geographically in North America
and if you're going to count parts of a country that are in other continents, then Russia will be the biggest.

10. Great article. We need to remove PAC influence (funded by corporate greed)
to move in the same direction as the Danes.
