An independent body should review the anthrax case? |
|
Why do we have an FBI? Before there is any outside review, the people calling for an outside review need to answer a question: Why on earth wasn't the FBI able to do a proper investigation? Are they (advocates of a "9/11 Commission-like panel") admitting the FBI is too compromised to conduct investigations that may lead to politically uncomfortable avenues?
Maybe Lee Hamilton should conduct the investigation. He seems to get results. :sarcasm:

1. The FBI is indeed too compromised |

And an independent commission just like the 9-11 commission would successfully sweep it under the rug. I think we need a lawsuit by Ivins' family with that juicy DISCOVERY of all the documents.

I'm pretty sure a Hamilton/Goss Commission or Hamilton/Gingrich Commission would solve the case. :)
