doesn't drilling in alaska depend of the use of ice roads? if warming continues, won't ice roads become bogs? then what?

I would think the NATIONAL PETROLUEM RESERVE would be a better place to produce oil from.

trouble accessing our EXISTING oil infrastructure up there more than about 3 months a year, IIRC.
One MORE reason why ANWAR oil is a lost cause......
