1. and that was one hell of a finish too. Yeah, Phelps adds to his medal total but the REAL
hero is the guy who swam the anchor, in an incredible come from behind catch 'em at the last second swim

2. Put spoiler alert in the title please
In deference to those of us who are watching the delayed broadcast out West.

6. I assumed that...
"Olympic Update...in deference to..." was a sufficient spoiler alert. Thought it was obvious. No hint of the event in the title. However, in the future I shall add the hint "Olympic Spoiler Alert...in deference to.."

I live out West...but get all the latest updates...have too many channels and options to select from.

If one is anti-Olympics why even visit here? Had problems with that yesterday. I think the opening ceremonies were fantastic, I also think that the American Olympic teams are great.

Thanks for your hint...

3. Please tell me they didn't butcher the national anthem again, did they?
they got away with it once, but it should be allowed to happen again.

Congrats to Phelps!!

7. Well, Phelps and the team owe Jason Lezak a few steak dinners at the least..

10. A quote by Alain Bernard of France.
"The Americans? We're going to smash them. That's what we came for."

Close but no gold.
