We'd arrest Saudia Arabia's, Iraq would arrest Bush, Lebanon would arrest Israel's, Georgia would arrest Russia's, Russia would arrest Georgia, leaders would be arrested in the Congo, in Somalia, in Rwanda... You'd have leaders arrested everywhere for murder, maybe being imprisoned, even executed. Then world leaders everywhere would be too afraid of the consequences to start wars and kill people! No, no, can't have that.
