The RoveCyberGate Campaign
Brought to you by VelvetRevolution.us

American Heritage Dictionary: pros-e-cute (pros-i-kyoot) v. tr. Law

a. To initiate civil or criminal court action against.

b. To seek to obtain or enforce by legal action.

c. To pursue (an undertaking, for example) until completion; follow to the very end.

We are working with Ohio election attorneys, Cliff Arnebeck, Bob Fitrakis and Henry Eckhart to find out the truth about recent information indicating that Karl Rove architected and directed a strategy to manipulate elections through the use of computers. Rove’s Cyber Guru, Michael Connell, has worked for the Bush family for over 20 years and helped Bush Sr., Jeb and Bush Jr. “win” their elections using his computer skills. Whistleblowers, including Republicans, say that several of these and other national elections have been rigged through various invisible and illegal means, including vote tabulation manipulation, improper partisan use of the Justice Department to target Democrats and uncooperative US Attorneys, and the laundering of hundreds of millions of corporate dollars funneled into fake advocacy groups directed against Democrat candidates running for public office. Ex-Alabama Governor Don Siegelman has stated publicly that Rove was the person who directed Siegelman’s rigged election and criminal prosecution. Here GOP cyber sleuth Stephen Spoonamore has stated publicly that the leadership of the GOP has been "lying and stealing elections," and doing so through computers.

According to the attorneys, Rove’s goal with this strategy is to establish a unitary Executive Branch with a supportive judiciary, a weak legislature and a fearful press. Corporate sponsors of this strategy, such as tobacco, energy, telecom, and pharmaceutical companies are rewarded with hands off government: deregulated oversight, stringent limits on class-action damages, the stacking of high courts with pro-business/anti-consumer Justices etc. http://www.velvetrevolution.us/images/Mukasey.pdf

VR’s campaign is in support of the Ohio attorneys’ use of a federal civil lawsuit in a new legal strategy of taking targeted discovery and depositions of those who have been identified as being involved with or having knowledge of Rove’s CyberGate, including Rove, Michael Connell, Jack Abramoff, Michael Scanlon, Bob Ney, Brett Rapp, Ken Blackwell and others. The attorneys intend to file a racketeering RICO lawsuit against those identified in this case and will refer any proof of criminal activity to both state and federal authorities for criminal prosecution.

but I doubt he will allow us to see that as he will take the cowards way out and that I almost would bet on. The game he's playing to him is for keeps

People have tried for the last seven years to nail this guy and nothing seems to have worked. The called Reagan the teflon President, but he could'nt hold a candle to Rove.

2. Investigate? Nancy of the Blindfolds won't like that!
See, she likes her crimes to be so apparent that all that "investigation" isn't necessary. Hard work, you know. Distracting. Takes a lot of time. Nope, give Nancy of the Blindfolds a nice, easy obvious crime and then she'll consider charging a wrong-doer.

And before you ask, blowing off a congressional subpoena and not even bothering to show up isn't one of those "obvious" crimes. Too hard for NotB to decide whether disobeying a subpoena (Latin for "under penalty") should carry a penalty. That's a toughie, that is.

5. Why did the Dems who HAD some power in DC not know about the election stealing
tactics that were being developed and instituted by BushInc the last 20 years?

How could NONE of their appointed FBI, DOJ and FEC officials notice what was going on with the machines owned by Bush loyalists and elections being turned over because of changing numbers in the machines in the dark of night?

BushInc grew stronger in the 90s when they were at their weakest and most exposed point by Jan1993, thanks to a few diligent Dems in the senate and in congress - what the fuck happened that we are now stuck with constant election fraud and fascist agendas?
