I went OOT to visit a friend over the weekend - she wanted me to see the new shopping "mall" and we both decided we needed to visit a stylist for a haircut. We were walk-ins and still got nearly back to back attention on only about a 10 minute wait on a Saturday afternoon!

Obviously, my stylist hasn't been paying attention, so I filled her in and gave her directions about the haircut/sytle too. She did a very good job at giving me a chance at having a good hair day for at least the next four weeks,and hope I left her with more than just one good tip!

Stirred and Chilled. I'd do a rundown play-session with cocktail terms, since she's something of a mixologist. Mixology? Straight, No Chaser -- get rights to use Thelonius Monk theme. What other cocktail stuff could be used? Maddowology?

I also loved the radio show segment analyzing the Right Wing Spin Machine she has done for years, something Countdown also does in its own way. So working on the spin theme.... Washing Machine? Electric Fan? Gyroscope? Perpetual Motion? Spinorama? De-Spin, Re-Spin, Despinning the News?

She wants to do a whole mix of stories-- political and quirky -- Potpourri sounds too Martha Stewart. Mish Mash sounds too Jib Jab. Mixed Bag-- snooze. Hodge Podge sounds stodgy. Miscellany. Conglomeration is my favorite in this mixture group. But then Countdown, followed by Conglomeration? Maddow Medley? Maddow Masala?

Let's see if we can combine elements-- Chilled Conglomeration? De-spun Miscellany-- huh?
