Is the Bush malAdministration creating a "Cuban Missile Crisis" in Poland?
Are we now going to be on the brink of nuclear war, again?

Or is this just a play in their world game of chess?

1. It looks like one to me - strange how this is not
receiving more attention in the MSM.

:scared:

2. IMHO the missile deal and the Russian/Georgian conflict were designed to get votes
for McCain.

4. Maybe, but...
do you remember what the US reaction was to the Soviets putting missiles in Cuba?

The Russians aren't going to be happy with Poland or the US.

5. I don't blame Russia one bit for the position they are taking on both
the missiles in Poland or the Georgian agression.

It is allowing however, the 'there is a russian/terrorist under my bed' crowd to use it as a campaign issue in favor of McCain. Polling indicates it may be working (although I really discount any polling done in the final days of summer when few are paying attention to the news).

3. Yes.
It's analogous, for sure. Another instance of "one set of rules for us, another set for you."
