Okay what happened to Keith Olbermann?

He was on MSNBC for the Obama/Biden speech. He was supposed to do a special edition of Countdown at 8 p.m. ET. Instead we had two hours of Tweety and now David Schuster. Not only that Tweety signed off saying to join him and KO on Monday and they cut him off in mid sentence. Anybody know?

2. I don't know, but Tweety began promoting his 2-hour edition of Hardball at 4 pm today

when he and Keith signed off for the afternoon. Obviously, at some point, the idea of doing Countdown tonight was scrapped.

I don't know, maybe he changed his mind about wanting to do an hour tonight after having been forced last night to talk about the Biden choice in the dead of night.

They promote the show and then everything changes with no explanation, like he's delayed in traffic or the usual ones.

3. I checked on my digital cable guide and it said he was on at 10 PM EDT.

Not sure if this has changed or not.

7. My Tivo recorded Countdown, and to my shock, there was Tweety (uggh)

and a black Republican (more ugggh). When I saw the panel lineup for Shuster's special show, I immediately switched to PBS and it's Saturday night Britcom lineup.
