Why the media wants McSame (one reason of many)
When do people watch the news?

When their boss gives them an extra week paid vacation to take the kids to Disney World???
When the economy is booming and people are well fed???
When the weather is a lovely 80 degrees and sunny and birds are singing???

Nopers,

We watch when buildings are on fire,
when storms threaten the coast,
when there are runs on banks,
when people are murdered in the streets,
when shit explodes,
when wars rage,
when children die.

Who will ensure that people watch the news?

Obama, who wants sunny days, full bellies, an end to war???

McCain, who has promised more wars, more shitty economy, more shit blowing up.

A McCain Administration....it's good for ad sales and that's great for TV news.

6. BINGO!
They don't want to lose their huge tax cuts and their ability to monopolize the industry. They're doing everything they can to look out for their own best interests. Their lobbyists gave to the Republicans, the Republicans returned the favor with tax breaks and weak monopoly laws so they could merge and become monsters and for that, they're showing their "appreciation" to McCain and Co.

2. Also media consolidation and control of the message.. They hate the internet..
we now can all sit here and express how terrible they are at delivering news.. and when you have a lot of people agreeing you realize its not just in your head that you think they are blathering idiots and they show preferential bias in their reporting.
