Magoo was exonerated, but the whole thing was fishy. He did, in fact, exert influence in the case and should have gotten at least a reprimand.

The problem with bringing up the Keating 5 is that 4 of the 5 were Democrats. It will be a fine line to walk because the 3 most criticized were Democrats while McCain and Glenn were exonerated of wrong doing but slapped on the wrist for "poor judgment".
