14. Right?
I don't get that "homeschooled by two people working full time" thing. How does that work exactly.

:wtf:

....

Todd Palin, who took college courses, but does not have a degree, said he is grateful for the training he received from the multinational oil company BP starting in 1989.

Until recently, he earned hourly wages as a production operator in a BP-run facility that separates oil from gas and water. Palin was making between $100,000 and $120,000 a year before he went on leave in December to make more time for his family and avoid potential conflicts of interest. London-based BP is heavily involved in the gas pipeline negotiations with his wife's administration.

16. Alaskans call him The First Dude - madcap snowmobile competitor
Her husband, Todd Palin, is a blue-collar North Slope oil "worker" for BP, who gets lots of paid time off to compete in the Iron Dog, a 1,900-mile snowmobile race. The couple lives in Wasilla - population 6,000 and shrinking. They have five children, the youngest of whom was born in April, more than 9months after Sarah became governor. Sarah not only doesn't believe in abortion, she doesn't believe in birth control. Ah, a pregnant vice-president - or maybe even President, if McCain does the statistically predictable and dies in office.

Her hubby is not into education (no college) or full time employment. He is in to lots of outdoorsy extreme sports. Don't think he'd have ever agreed to move to DC - he is no doubt SURE she'll never be elected. This guy would be totally miserable and dysfunctional if cooped up in DC as The Second Dude.

Here's a description of the Iron Dog race.
It's cold, it's fast and it's here! The mechanical version of the Iditarod begins on Big Lake, Alaska, this Sunday, February 10. You can show up at 10:00 AM and join the party until the teams of two start taking off at 11:00 AM. They go all the way to Nome and back again. That is over 2000 miles of stark white wilderness at the coldest time of the year. Brrr. This Iron Dog race is the longest, furthest, craziest snow mobile race in the world.

Todd Palin (A.K.A. "Mr. Sarah Palin" or "First Dude of Alaska̶ and Scott Davis won the event last year. In fact, Todd Palin has been on the winning team 4 times in the last 15 years, coming in second 3 times in that same time period. Rest assured our "hottie" Alaskan governor is married to a real Alaskan man. They are an Uber Arctic couple for sure.

If you want to follow the race, see who is competing this year, or look at results from past years, check out their website at www.irondog.org."
