I am sorry but the way Zogby does polling is bullshit

"A sampling of Zogby International's online panel, which is representative of the adult population of the US, was invited to participate. Slight weights were added region, party, age, race, religion, gender, education to more accurately reflect the population. The margin of error is +/- 2.2 percentage points. Margins of error are higher in sub-groups."

This is why it is nonesense when he says:

"The interactive survey shows that 22% of those voters who supported Democrat Hillary Clinton in their primary elections or caucus earlier this year are now supporting John McCain."

22% of Clinton's supporters John Zogby, comeon, that if anything else tells us your methodoligy is screwed up

People voting for Hillary are mostly pro-choice. You can't convience me that 22% of those supporters are going for mccain

Maybe that is why your record has been going down hill, your methodolgy is screwed

1. Is he maybe counting the possibly mythical "crossover republicans" . . .
Who supposedly voted in dem primaries because the Rovians really wanted to face Hillary?

3. i just went on his website
(went to drudge to see if he had the palin/baby story floating) and saw a zogby link. i was going to start a thread: What's Up With Zogby after reading this:

"The latest nationwide survey, begun Friday afternoon after the McCain announcement of Palin as running mate and completed mid-afternoon today, shows McCain/Palin at 47%, compared to 45% support for Obama/Biden.

"In other words, the race is a dead heat."

argh. and to think i trusted him the most. (that was before!)

4. His record has been going down hill since the 2000, where he was right on
part of the problem is that he changed the way he does his sampling I believe

Also, the other pollesters at this stage do NOT agree with Zogby

and there is NO way that the palin pick could move the polls that quickly

6. I don't know about corrupt, but I do believe that the young people are NOT
fairly represented in the polls

and the assumption that they will not be involved, is a HUGE mistake

I also believe that the majority of women are NOT going to let their rights be destroyed by a mccain administration

which leads me to conclude that the women and the young people will cause a big win for us
