16. Well after consulting my neighbors fresh from Alaska...

that is really not all that far of the mark considering the town where she was mayor. My neighbors told me that that particular area has one of the highest meth rates in the state if not the country. high unemployment rate, high drug use, high prostitution. apparently during the time she was mayor, she didn't effect any of these issues in a positive way.

My neighbor was a social worker up there and knows first hand.
