So "Good Ole T. Boone" admits part of his reasoning in his latest ad

Talks about a "transfer of wealth." Nothing but flat out racism, that is part of his concern, Arabs getting money. What an asshole.

1. It's more than that. He wants us to lobby our congressmen to use our tax dollars...
... to hook his wind farms up to the power grid.

As well as keeping our money out of the hands of those ay-rabs.

3. I'm Proud Of My Son...
When he first saw the Boner's ads, he said he thought this was a "great idea". Fortunately dear old dad schooled him a bit on who the Boner was and had him do a little googling about natural gas, wind power and water rights. The other day there was the ad with the head of the "Chesepeake Gas Co." (which Pickens owns) and he came to me and said "dad, how do you know this stuff and no one else does?" I smiled and said "now you do...tell your friends".

4. "Transfer of Wealth"?
I don't see this as racist at all. He's talking about sending our dollars to countries that had just as soon see us disappear.

Think about all the bitching done here about Saudi Arabia.

6. T Bone Steak is an opportunist...
...and this piece of meat needs to understand that people will not put up with his republicanist bs!

While many of us probably agree that new energy sources need to be developed, the INSIDIOUS nature of his commercials is that he is trying to set HIMSELF up as the ONLY energy capitalist allowed to develop the energy! It T-bone Pick-his-nose REALLY cared about the country, he would do the following:

1. Divest himself of the billions of dollars he raped the people and the planet for in the first place
2. Cede ANY control of his alternative energy development to a progressive panel of professionals who will follow the PEOPLE'S will, NOT the Energy company's!
3. Aggressively promote a progressive nationalization standard for ALL energy producing organizations to ensure that profits are fair, paid to the workers in living wages, provide reasonable cost energy to most Americans, and ensure that all energy decisions are made by the citizen boards, NOT CEO's answering to $$$$$$ stockholders.

If T-Bone doesn't do that, AS A MINIMUM, he is NOTHING but a republican party huckster, worthy of our scorn and, more importantly, of our indictment proceedings into his criminal capitalist activities.

9. I don't understand what...
the problem is. I've heard that Germany and Holland have done this and it's working great. Does it matter who has the idea? A transfer of wealth will happen when we stop buying oil. I thought that was the idea.
