2. in reality, the stock market is reacting to unemployment numbers, not palin's speech |
|
Of course, Palin's speech didn't exactly offer any solutions to our economic woes.

3. Also Reacting to the Prospect of McClueless and Mrs. Even More Clueless Trying to "Fix" the Economy |

McLame admitted his cluelessness about economics. Palin is even worse if that's possible.
The markets no like.

That the market and the unemployment numbers are a direct result of Palin's Party, and the ideology she smugly repeated in her self love fest/diatribe last night. So why split hairs? That speech, that candidate and that Party are in fact what the market is reflecting today. It reflects a great failure. She seeks to extend and expand that failure.

5. and if the market goes back up tomorrow or a day later? |
|
Trying to explain short term market swings on something as long term as who is running for president doesn't quite work. Yes, the policies that they are defending and/or offering no solutions for have put the economy in the position where announcements of greater than expected job losses will trigger a sell off. But the short term news tomorrow could just as easily beat expectations on some other front, triggering a buying spree.
