OK, I am going to ask it: Is America ready for a Right Wing Cultural |
|
Conservative as a poltential President of the United States??
How often do the pundits ask -- Is the Country ready for a Black President??? (Obama)
Is America ready for a woman President??? (Hilary)
In fairness as Democrat, I believe I have the right to inquire about Palin???

Palin is so much more extreme than anything Reagan could have even dreamed of. She even makes * look reasonable.
However, when I try to explain this to people, they have a hard time grasping just how out there she is. I mean, she makes Ashcroft look like a Unitarian. How do we make people aware of this?

7. So, banning abortion, Christian Creationism in science class, and her personal corruption |
|
just don't do it? Banning books from the library? Loyalty oaths?
Part of that personal corruption is leaving the town she managed, which had a surplus when she started, with a $20 million deficit.

5. Remember Reagan was a Democrat |
|
before he was a republican. McCain/Palin are coming in much father to the right.

8. No. It goes against the continued diversification of america. As america becomes "less white".... |
|
conservatives will have a harder time with their social agenda.

9. The better question would be 'right wing, extremist, Dominionist'. |
|
See, there are many of the religious in the south who actually believe in the concept of separation of church and state. These are the people who come under fire from the likes of the Sarah Paling's as not truly being christians because they don't want to live in a theocratic state.
While they may be socially conservative, have problems with abortion and so on, they don't want a theocracy, and that is what needs to be made very clear, imo.
