So I have a few bumper stickers on my car and I got pulled over by a cop tonight
I had passed him while he was pulled over on the shoulder with his lights flashing. It was at the crest of a hill and I didn't think I could see well enough into the left lane to pull over.

So the cop walks up to my window and says -

"Good evening, maam, I can see you have been doing some campaigning."

:wtf:

No he didn't give me a ticket, just a warning. I'll bet he is voting for Obama, eh? :)

5. I've Met Several Cops For Obama
In canvassing, you meet all sorts...one house I went to recently had a squad car with K-9 unit on the side...I knocked on the door, it was one of the town's finest who was off duty and when I identified who I was, he smiled and said he and his wife are both Union and pro-Obama...even moreso, they were voting a straight ballot cause they knew several people who had been affected by the past 7 1/2 years (I don't even have to say boooooosh...they know) as well as funding cuts to the department and other local services.

Glad to see ya got a warnin'...now behave yourself and get out that vote!!!

:patriot:

6. One thing to remember about police officers is,
they tend to be pretty consistently for gun control, for reasons that should be obvious. So the Dems have an advantage with them right there.

9. Actually most cops support a citizen's right to carry legally
At least the street cops. Chiefs are the ones more for gun control.

11. When I was at an anti-war protest,
I saw a cop drive up with traffic, flash his disco lights and bleep his siren, and when I turned and looked, he was smiling and flashing a peace sign at us. B-)

12. Obama has Biden on the ticket...
Biden will be very popular with cops, he strongly supports the Law Enforcement Officer's Job Security and Wage Enhancement Act.. aka the drug war.
