Freepers are so stupid, they are claiming Obama called
Palin a pig when he said:

Obama poked fun of McCain and Palin's new "change" mantra.

"You can put lipstick on a pig," he said as the crowd cheered. "It's still a pig."

"You can wrap an old fish in a piece of paper called change. It's still gonna stink."

"We've had enough of the same old thing."

I wonder if KO will name InsHannity as his WPW.

10. They don't assume. They "know." But their outrage is more due to their coprophagia than
their reasoning ability. Or to put it more accurately, their impaired reasoning is due to their coprophagia.

I'm kidding! Honestly, if they're too dumb to get it, I'm sure as hell not going to spell it out for them. Tired of that.

12. Why they are mad, the McCain campain told them to be
http://blogs.abcnews.com/politicalpunch/2008/09/a-piggish-debat.html

Speaking on behalf of the McCain campaign, former Massachusetts Gov. Jane Swift tonight flatly stated that Obama had called Gov. Sarah Palin a pig.

"he formation of the Palin Truth Squad couldn't have happened too soon, as we saw when Senator Obama in Lebanon, Virginia this evening uttered what I can only deem to be disgraceful comments comparing our Vice-Presidential nominee Governor Palin to a pig," Swift said.

"Senator Obama owes Governor Palin an apology," she said.

Asked why she was so confident Obama was "comparing" Palin to a pig, she said Palin was the only one of the four candidates on both parties' tickets who wears lipstick.

"She is the only one of the four candidates for president or the only vice presidential candidate who wears lipstick," Swift said. "I mean it seemed to me a very gendered comment."

But, Swift added, if "as part of his apology Senator Obama wants to say no he was calling Senator McCain -- who is a true hero in our country a pig -- then I suppose we could wait en masse for an apology to that as well."

It was pointed out to Gov. Swift that after the line about the pig, Obama had said, "You can wrap an old fish in a piece of paper called 'change,' it's still gonna stink after eight years.

Swift then suggested that Obama was calling McCain a fish.

"I have a fourth grader and two second graders at home," she said. "I would not teach them that this sort of a high minded debate on policy issues when they are calling people rotten old fish or a pig. In fact it sounds a lot like some of the least intelligent debates on the playground sound like at our elementary school."

A reporter then reminded Swift that in December, McCain was asked about criticisms coming his way from then-opponent Gov. Mitt Romney, R-Mass, and McCain replied, "Never get into a wrestling match with a pig. You both get dirty, and the pig likes it."

Was McCain calling Romney a pig? a reporter asked Swift.

Of course not, Swift said.

26. One way perhaps to quicken the educational system recovery
is to require all elected officials to send their kids to public schools. They might show a greater interest if their own kids are involved.

28. Thanks. They have to be the stupidest people on the planet.
Their own neocon, Torie Clarke wrote a book about it:
Synopsis

Torie Clarke, renowned and respected in political and business circles as one of the nation's most gifted communicators, offers a complete guide to the new age of transparency. Clarke's message is refreshing and straightforward: No more spin. Always a dubious proposition, spin has become increasingly vulnerable as information sources have proliferated; spin is simply no longer viable. Or put another way, "You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig." Distilling her twenty-five years of experience and wisdom into eight concise rules, Clarke counsels that politicians and executives need to tell the truth early, often, and in plain language.

19. It is an old saying. Which is why it was the title of a book written by a former McCain aide.
The saying is so old that McCain probably has forgotten it several times and Palin knows that it co-existed with the dinosaurs, just like the Flintstones did.

The bimbo who, on 9/11, after 2 planes from Logan airport crashed into the WTC, said that we should stand up to the terrorists and go to the polls that day AND vote . Totally CLUELESS!

(Totally forgot why we were supposed to vote - yes, I was BlueInBoston back then).

32. Obama's going to have to go to the debates with pictures on flash cards...
to illustrate everything he says in the simplest terms. The one with the big, steaming pile of poop on it is going to get a workout. His words are too big, his concepts too complex for the Republican mind. Can they even spell "Republican"? Oh, never mind, I've been to Freeper world once or twice. They hunt (D) moles by tracking the ability to spell "the" correctly at least once in every post.

These people must view "Are You Smarter than a Fifth Grader" as a personal insult - part of the vast left wing, elitist, librul conspiracy against them. It's no wonder print media has gone from articles about "issues" to full color illustrations about "stuff" over the past twenty years. "Idiocracy" is *their* documentary. Hell, the first five minutes are dedicated to to the Republican platform and the rest of the movie demonstrates the likely outcome.

34. Just like McCain called Clinton a pig, then....
"McCain criticized Democratic contenders for offering what he called costly universal health care proposals that require too much government regulation. While he said he had not studied Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton's health-care plan, he said it was "eerily reminiscent" of the failed plan she offered as first lady in the early 1990s.

"I think they put some lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig," he said of her proposal."
