Wes Clark Rips Into McCain/Palin, Odds On McCain Living Through His 1st Term & More...

Wes Clark Jr (General Wesley Clark's son, who also served BTW) had yesterday with RJ Eskow of the Huffington Post. They talked about who was scarier, McCain or Palin and why. RJ mentioned that he had sat down with actuarial tables, medical information, etc., and had concluded that there was a 25% chance that McCain would die in his first term in office (and that another writer had recently come to the same conclusion).

At any rate, no one is saying that Obama should lie or smear McCain/Palin, myself included. But like Cenk said back on August 20th, . I'm sure everyone, myself included, will continue to volunteer for the campaign. And I'm sure we'll all continue to reach out to friends, family and coworkers with the critical information and encouragement they'll need to make an informed decision this November.

Along with that, I hope the Obama Campaign really does crank up the intensity and strength of the ads. Cheap shots and lies (the Republican standard) are not necessary and the facts (if framed and presented the right way) should do more than enough!

Again, he used to be on more frequently and I'm guessing he'll be on (with Cenk) more frequently again now that Gen. Wesley Clark isn't the VP nominee.
