Hold on combatting Terrorism before 9-11. Cheney was after all the person in charge of combatting Terror. Why did Ashcroft submit the Budget for Justice with all funding to combat Terrorism cut from it. He submitted that budget on Sept tenth. Why did the Administration scoff at the Hart-Rudman Report on Global Terrorism which was on their desk Jan 20th 2001. Why do they think they deserve no blame for their lack of protection on that day?
