5. Damn, 90 M SE of Galveston puts them in the wrong quadrant.
No power means they cannot control how the take waves. I give them 10% chance of staying afloat. If I were them I would bring 2 inflatable liferafts inside with EPIRBs as well. It's gonna be a scary night for those guys.
