I heard gas will be $4.90 by monday....Upper Midwest
It will be going up 50 cents today. And another couple bumps by Monday.

Station manager inside info. They have been told.

I bought gas at $3.87 most stations at $3.99 as of 6:30 a.m.

2. My last fill (about 10 days ago) was at $3.75. Yesterday it was $4.08.

4. Went to my sister's house last night
at 7 pm, gas was $3.33 regular unleaded. Came home past the same station at 10 pm, price had jumped to $3.49.
I'm in Independence MO.

5. maybe... we get most of our gasoline from chicago
and most of that oil comes from canada..there`s no doubt the price will go up but how much no one knows. until the storm is over and the damage is known to the refineries gasoline prices will be going up

6. I am not so sure

I am in the midwest, Peoria Illinois. And gas prices went up 9 cents from yesterday, from $3.75 to $3.84 today. I highly doubt they could raise prices a dollar a gallon in 2 days, maybe 20 or 30 cents, but not a dollar.

Then again, I could be wrong, I just doubt it will go that high in 2 days.

7. In Appalachia we are running out of gas
I was unaware of the sudden jump in price expected this morning as I went to work when gas was 3.69 a gallon. On the way home I waited in a line for 45min to pay the current 3.99.

They.. hmm who they are I don't know, but they say we will be at 5.10 by morning. Most stations are out of regular and the big town stations have cops directing traffic.
