There should be a MINIMUM TAX for businesses/wealthy!
What I am saying is that there should be a minimum amount that a business HAS to pay every year, depending on their income. No fancy write-offs or deductions. You make 100 million, you gotta pay something, maybe 5%, I don't know.

BUT we have to stop this game of companies that make more than some countries and pay nothing!

PLUS, all the leaders of these companies that we are bailing out, they have to drop their HUGE paychecks to $100,000 a year or at least no more than 10-20 times what the average pay of their workers is.

We have got to do something. Why do we have to pay for these rich guys making bad decisions and then they turn around and keep on keeping on and make huge paychecks and pay no income taxes.

What is wrong with this country?

3. I agree with the limit on pay. It makes sense.
Seems to me that if pay were limited to 10, 20 40 times the average salary workers salary then it would put into play the reality that workers pay will increase. The CEO knows that his pay is based on that formula so it will benefit him to increase company profits so he can pay the employees more therefore pay himself more. It is the ultimate incentive.
I own my own manufacturing company (very small...basically me and some friends when I need help) and profits are increasing dramatically so I will need to start hiring very soon. I have no problem sharing that with my employees.
It is a win for everyone.

4. That is What the AMT Was Intended For Originally
It has not been adjusted in a long time, so now it zaps the middle class instead.
