Does CNN air Senator Obama's entire speeches? Or only John McCain's? |
|
Edited on Fri Sep-19-08 12:50 PM by mahina
Has anyone seen him speak as long as they just let McGoo speak?
I firmly believe that if the American people got to hear Senator Obama speak for even 10 minutes regularly, rather than the edited microseconds he gets now, we would have a landslide.
What can be done to pressure/persuade/innundate the media to let us hear him?
I know we can go hear him on his webpage, but that isn't the point. I can hear him, but I'm already persuaded. I want the rest of the country to be able to hear him, and they aren't going to watch CSPAN or go looking for his videos online, mostly they are going to watch CNN or Faux or some network news.

I have seen many times they play the entire Mc* speech, including his entrance thank yous and all the clapping and cheering...they always cut away as Obama is introduced and the cheering starts...and only then show snippets of stuff that plays into their propoganda...its getting so obvious..I constantly yell at them(at the dang TV) telling them I know what they are doing....those f*ckers.!!
CNN is so shitty...and I don't have a computer at home to watch on line anywhere..and I don't think I get any of the other news(NOT) networks....I wish I could watch Rachel and others...just don't know the times or channels up here....

5. The way McCain has been going lately, it might be a good thing |
|
I agree....any little half-assed speech McCain makes...it's covered live start to finish. Obama's speeches to huge crowds are given much more limited live coverage, and if there's some idiot in the audience holdng up a negative sign they just show that part.
These days McCain is a walking/talking gaffe machine, so it's probably a good idea to cover him....CNN should call it "McCain F*ck-up Watch".

6. we know what their agenda is |
|
but they have sadly taken the wrong tact to achieve it.
Showing mccain talk at all is a big mistake. they should show the cheers and then cut to commercial. Familiarity breeds contempt and all of that...at least in J's case.
As for Obama, to know him is to love him -- so they are doing us a disservice, as per their agenda. However, even they can't diminish the shine of truth, hope, and real leadership.
