Everyone who makes over 250,000 must send 10,000 right away
Every stock trader or hedge fund person or shorting the market person who made over 250,000 must send in 20,000
every bonus that wall street traders received in the last 5 years must pay back the whole bonus
every congress critter who voted themself a raise in the last five years must pay that money back

all those who make over 500,000 must send another 10,000
those who make over 750,000 must send an additional 10,000 (so that is 30,000)
All ceos who made bonus or stock options must pay equivalent monies back

all those running the shop of finance, banking, government must pay an additional 10% on all their earnings before taxes

anyone else who scammed or skimmed from the government must pay it back
blackwater and other mercenaries can only make the same as the real soliders in the field
no more halliburton and they must pay 50% of their profit this the last seven years

gas companies must pay 50% of their record profit for the last 7 years

anyone else who profited and had windfall profit during the current administration must pay 50%
Those widows of the financial scandals must pay 50% of their net worth back (enron) and any others

and any additional thoughts of people who profited so much in the last 7 years while scamming others

yes that should include realtors and brokers
